1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you") and nn3 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "nn3"). They govern all access to and use of the nn3 website, mobile application, games, betting services, and any associated features.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using nn3 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on nn3. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts involved.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Philippine contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nn3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.

• Do not share your password with any other person.
• Do not allow others to access your nn3 account or play on your behalf.
• Use a unique password not shared with other services.
• Enable OTP verification when prompted for additional login security.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on nn3 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits via Philippine online banking, mobile banking apps connected to InstaPay or PESONet, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya through their bank transfer functionality.

• nn3 does not accept credit card deposits or cryptocurrency as payment for gaming activity.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• nn3 does not charge deposit fees from its side. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own outgoing transfer charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the point of deposit in your account dashboard.

nn3 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large or unusual deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of deposit privileges or account review.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid out in Philippine Peso to your verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet. All accounts must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement — once verified, your account remains cleared for future withdrawals.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on your VIP tier and the selected payment method.
• nn3 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or an outstanding verification requirement.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

nn3 offers multiple game categories including sports betting, live casino, slots and jackpot games, and eBingo. The rules specific to each game type are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed. nn3 will not reverse a bet after confirmation except in circumstances covered by specific game rules (such as event cancellation).
• If a live event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules shown in the betting section.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout or a bet being placed at an erroneous price, nn3 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game, per event, and per account as determined by nn3 at its discretion.
• nn3 reserves the right to restrict betting markets or suspend specific accounts from particular game types if unusual wagering patterns are identified.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, nn3 may offer bonuses, reload rewards, cashback arrangements, or other promotional benefits to registered players. When such promotions are active, specific terms and conditions will be communicated directly to eligible accounts or displayed on the relevant section of the platform.

• Bonus terms — including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods — are set out in the individual promotion's terms and will vary by offer.
• nn3 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any given time.
• Attempting to abuse promotional mechanics — including registering multiple accounts to claim offers more than once — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated bonus balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on nn3 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in games or betting markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or other illegal means.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Attempting to circumvent any account restriction, suspension, or self-exclusion measure in place on your account.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

nn3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, or activity inconsistent with responsible gaming.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits that have not been used in breach of these Terms may be returned at nn3's discretion following a review period.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting nn3 support. If your account is closed voluntarily, any eligible remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment account in PHP.

10 Responsible Gaming

nn3 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for Filipino players. All gameplay involves real money and carries inherent financial risk. nn3 does not guarantee winnings and explicitly advises all users never to gamble more than they can afford to lose.

• Account holders must be 21 years of age or older.

11 Intellectual Property

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nn3 shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, losses arising from:

• Interruptions or outages in platform availability, whether planned or unplanned.
• Errors or delays in bet settlement caused by third-party data providers.
• Losses resulting from your own gambling decisions.

nn3 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Where a platform error affects game outcomes or payouts, nn3 will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly, which may include voiding affected bets.

13 Privacy & Data

nn3 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. This includes identity verification data submitted during KYC, transaction records, and platform usage data.

nn3 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services is handled under contractual data protection obligations consistent with applicable Philippine privacy law.

14 Changes to These Terms

nn3 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will always be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the nn3 platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.
